SMART ARM
Mechanical, electrical, electronic, and control engineering, as well as computer science, technology, math, and science, are all incorporated. Many manufacturing businesses need the use of robots.
Furthermore, once trained, robots repeat operations with a high level of accuracy that exceeds that of even the most skilled human operator.
Robot arms come in a variety of designs. Articulated designs, with four to six axes, are the most flexible. A range of work envelope sizes and maximum payload capacities are available in articulated robot types. To move, position, and otherwise manipulate a part, tooling is attached to the robot arm's end. Within its typical range of motions, a robot arm's work envelope is the region that it can reach. The maximum payload a robot arm can safely carry and manage is the maximum amount of weight it can carry. It takes into account the weight of any robot arm modifications, such as tooling.
ADVANTAGES
1- Lifting and carrying big objects is one of the first things that comes to mind.
2- Productivity, safety, efficiency, and product quality are all being improved.
3- Obtaining a higher level of precision than humans.
4- Things are simple to track and regulate.
DISADVANTAGES
1- The robot is unable to respond in an emergency.
2- Privacy and security are being compromised.
